No smoking, except outside rental. No pets because my wife and I are allergic to cats and dogs. The inside and outside of the rental will be properly maintained. Rental will not be subleased by the renter. Renter will not set up a business at the rental. Renter will especially keep the outside neat and clean. No marijuana will be allowed as we are allergic to marijuana smoke. No illegal drugs will be allowed. We have the rental applications.
