Welcome to your new fully furnished home!… This 1 bed / 1 bath home is located in Cardiff-by-the-Sea within 1 mile of Swami's beach, Scripps hospital and downtown Encinitas. Take a 2 minute walk and you're at a spectacular park with pristine landscaping, looping trails, a skate park and much more. Just a few blocks from the 5 too. If you're more into bicycles, there is a fantastic network of bike lanes that can get you to the beach, grocery store, all up and down the coast, etc. This is a very safe area with lots of families out and about at all hours.
The property is a middle unit with 2 shared walls giving a townhouse feel. Everything top to bottom is brand new and features only very high end finishes and materials. You enter into a gallery inspired living space with vaulted ceilings and gigantic windows that flood the space with natural light. In the middle is a kitchenette with an oversized sink, induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer. At the back you'll find a cedar lined walk-in closet just off of the spacious bedroom. The central A/C is there if needed but the coastal breeze means you rarely use it.
Owner lives in unit next door and can be responsive to your needs but there is a wool insulated, concrete lined wall that makes the space feel completely private. You'll feel very welcome here but I will fully respect your privacy. Ideally looking for someone who is clean, respectful, quiet during night time hours and takes care of the space as we have put a lot of love and time into it.
All utilities included. AT&T super fast fiber internet (0 issues for WFH people).
