No Drugs or Drama!! *Serene 13+ acre organic avocado and macadamia nut farm with an abundance of tropical fruit trees, veggies, herbs, flowers and berries. *A perfect year round climate at 1600 feet above sea level on the side of MaunaLoa volcano *Savor the seclusion and quiet away from the crowds and resorts The Ohana: *Indoor and outdoor kitchen. Indoors is kitchen sink, cupboards, dishes. Outdoors are the necessities to cook meals with a 10cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, pots and pan's. *Indoor bathroom with shower and an additional shared outdoor garden shower. Showering in the sunshine is heavenly. *The bedroom features a queen bed , dresser, closet and a desk with a desk chair. *A large lanai covered porch featuring 1/2 of the kitchen and a beautiful living and dining area with sofa, dining room table and chairs. The lanai is overlooking the Zen rock garden, medicine wheel garden and past, present, future gardens. *Laundry available on property for a small fee. *Ohana means family in Hawaiian so the Ohana is similar to a mother-in-law unit on the mainland. we live in the farmhouse with our dog and cat. The two units are separated by a lanai and we are respectful of each other's privacy. *In the wintertime it can get cool at this elevation morning and night. *Our water source is 100% rain water and has a UV filtration so excellent drinking water! Surrounding Area: *It's 4 miles to the closest place to jump in the ocean *15 minutes to Ho'okena Beach State Park for sunbathing and swimming with dolphins *20 minute drive brings you to the famous Pu'uhonua O' Honaunau (the place of refuge) which is a national historic Park and another 4 miles to Kealakekua Bay where you can kayak to Captain Cook Monument and snorkel with an endless variety of tropical fish and sea turtles and dolphins $1200 plus tax all inclusive/month (including wi-fi, water, propane and electric).
