Welcome to Capri Apartments. We're located on Washburn Rd in the city of Downey, near Downey Landing and Kaiser Permanente, with quick access to the 105, 605, 5, and 710 freeways. LEASE TERMS: Length: 9 month lease, followed by month-to-month Move-In Date: The least must start within 2 weeks of being approved. A holding deposit (i.e. your security deposit) is due within 24 hours of approval. First month's rent will be due at move-in. Security Deposit: One month's rent, but may be up to two month's rent depending on credit. Total Move-In Costs: Security Deposit + First month's rent + Application Fees Utilities: Tenant responsible for electricity and gas Parking: 1 parking spot Laundry: Shared laundry room on the premises Appliances: Stove and Refrigerator are included (even if not pictured) REQUIREMENTS: 3x the rent amount in household income before taxes. Income must be documented and verifiable. Good or Excellent credit. Above 650 credit score. Positive rental history. No evictions, no exceptions.
