Looking to rent our fully furnished lake house for 9 months, ending no later than 6/15/2027, at $4750.00 per month. Pricing includes monthly cleaning and routine pool service. Utilities to be in tenant's name and paid in full by tenant. Our lake house is located within a gated private community with strict noise guidelines. Absolutely no loud parties or gatherings allowed at the home. Tenant is fully responsible for fines due to POA violations. Multiple violations may result in eviction from the property. No smoking or pets allowed. No more than four vehicles allowed at one time at the property. Background and credit checks required for all individuals on the lease agreement. Further details on tenant responsibilities and guidelines will be provided in the final lease agreement.
