Minutes from grocery stores, downtown, restaurants & Centennial Park & the river. 45 minute drive to Fort Carson , Pueblo & the Pueblo Reservoir, 1 Hour to Salida & 1.5 hours to Buena Vista & 11 Mile Reservoir 2 hours to Denver International Airport
