There are studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments within the three apartment complexes run by Snohomish Affordable Housing Group, and there are currently only 2 bedroom apartments available. These apartments are available for qualifying individuals and families who have a total family income of less than 50% of the Snohomish County Median Household income, but with a monthly income at least three times the amount of rent. There is also the online application available at this site. -Gross household monthly income must be a least three (3) times the monthly rent. -PERSONS APPLYING FOR THE 24 MONTH TEMPORARY HOUSING PROGRAM MUST SUBMIT A PLAN OUTLINING WHAT STEPS YOU WILL TAKE TO ENABLE YOU TO MOVE INTO MARKET BASED HOUSING WITHIN THE NEXT 24 MONTHS. THIS PLAN MUST BE APPROVED AS PART OF THE TENANCY REQUIREMENTS. -Applicants, other than seniors, must agree to move when they no longer meet the residency requirements or at the end of 24 months, whichever comes first. -All applicants must continue to meet the financial requirements and will be required to be requalified yearly. -50% of Snohomish County Median Household Income for 2022-2023 -A credit score of 640 or higher.
