This rental is for a furnished one bedroom/bathroom for one adult only, no pets, no drugs, no drama and no smoking or vaping inside.… No other rooms or decks are included or shared. There is a patio area in a yard full of mature trees and there's sound front water access. The owner and his wife live upstairs, you'll have a separate entrance through the garage, this is not a roommate arrangement. $750 per month includes utilities. $750 security deposit. We require proof of income, acceptable credit report and background check. Please keep in mind, this is for one person only, no exceptions. It's in an upscale quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground level, no stairs to enter the rental. The property is on high ground that does not flood, so unlike many properties on Hatteras Island, you will not need to move your vehicle to higher ground when there's high winds. Parking in the yard is available for one vehicle. The rental includes a microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, clothes wardrobe, a refrigerator/freezer on top, two dressers, two nightstands, wicker chair, queen bed, three lamps, 32" square table and chairs. It includes sheets, comforter, new mattress pad, new shower curtain and liner, towels and bath clothes. The carpet was recently shampooed. There is no washer/dryer, there is a dropoff laundry service nearby in Frisco. Receiving communications through this website has not been satisfactory.
