Screening: Credit, criminal background, eviction history, rental history, employment, and income verification may be reviewed through Avail or Zillow screening services. Reusable Screening Reports: Third-party reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. Application Fee: Screening fee may be up to $55 per applicant and is non-refundable once screening begins.
