About the building
This is a duplex and this is top level. Their are laundry hook ups. Comes with fridge and oven.… No smoking inside as it is a duplex so want to make sure both tenants are not disturbed. Hardwood floors
3 bedrooms: 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom but still bigger than 10x10. Decent sized closets in all. Linen closet in hallway. Huge lot plenty of room for parking off street. On quiet dead end of street that has an aqueduct that rarely has water unless it rains a lot, but does ensure it never floods. House backs up to which makes it basically a corner house with no immediate next door neighbors.
If you can't pass background check we can talk about why and maybe do increased deposit. Looking for good renters that really won't smoke cigarettes in the house. I don't care about credit or your deep past, we understand things happen when you are a kid and maybe you owe someone money but they are the wrong ones really. If you have good references from past landlords, proof of income which will help.
I hate to charge late fees and usually don't if gets paid only slightly late and good communication.
Please introduce yourself and any roommates including furry ones. Looking for people who work close to BV so it is a good fit. Please also put monthly income and place of work. When you are looking to move as well. For right tenant may wait a few weeks but please let us know when you are looking and as much about you and your family and your work as you feel comfortable.
