The bed is a pillow-top queen and features nice cotton linens. The custom barn doors cover a cedar closet and your very own stackable washer/dryer. The Carriage house is located in a golf course community called the Broadlands in Broomfield, CO. Centrally located, you can drive 5 minutes to the toll road and be at DIA in 25 minutes, 20 minutes to Boulder, 10 minutes to Louisville and 25 minutes to Denver. The grocery store is about a 1 mile walk or drive away. Hundreds of walking trails abound. The community offers a seasonal swimming pool, a Public golf course, Rec center, Senior's center and walking/biking trails galore. Parking is plentiful on-street parking. All utilities including super high speed WIFI, heat/AC, trash & sewage are included for an additional flat fee. No smoking of any kind in or outside please. No pets please.
