Enjoy a quiet, clean, and fully furnished shared living space designed for comfort, convenience, and a respectful community environment. Monthly rent is $1,600 for a standard room and $1,700 for the ensuite with a private bathroom. High-speed internet and Wi-Fi, Netflix, AC, are included, and street parking is available. A $1,600 refundable security deposit is required at move-in, along with a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable home for all residents, the following house rules apply: No pets permitted. No parties, events, or large gatherings. No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours must be respected. Common areas must be kept clean and tidy after use. Kitchen, bathroom, and shared spaces should be treated with respect. Personal belongings should be stored neatly and not left in shared areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any damage to the property or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges.
