The Broadway Apartments was built in 1929 and was originally called the Geoffrey Apartments. Architect Stanley Shaw designed a 5 story building that features long, elegant hallways that keep with the gothic style facade that Shaw designed. The Broadway Apartments are made up of 43 classic apartment homes. We offer well maintained studio and one bedroom units, on-site laundry facilities and beautiful views of Commencement Bay. The Broadway is located in the Stadium District walking distance from restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. Also located near several bus routes and close to freeway access to get you where you're headed.
