One year lease / Six month with option to renew possible upon request *note that twelve month rate may not apply to six month leases Pets considered with a non-negotiable non-refundable minimum fee * other rates may apply. Tenant must provide proof of pet shot records. Pets cannot be tethered or caged on the property (proper indoor kennels considered).
