Our lovely, spacious home sleeps 12 and boasts a fantastic yard for entertaining, just 2 blocks from lively Hope St. Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms, a huge dining and living area, foosball, and hidden reading nook. Our backyard contains a picnic table, propane grill, fire pit, and yard games. Walk to the ocean, waterfront dining, the 4th of July parade, and East Bay bike path. 20 minutes to Newport and 5 minutes to RWU and the wedding venues. This spacious home offers a delightful blend of historic charm and contemporary comfort. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and welcomes pets. As you step inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a 75-inch smart TV, foosball table, and plenty of seating to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen boasts an island with barstools, stainless steel appliances, including an air fryer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the 8-foot dining room table which comfortably seats 8-10, or the round table in the eat-in kitchen with 4 additional chairs. In the dining room you will also find an office area with fast wifi if you need to get any work done during your stay. Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed made up with soft sheets and a memory foam mattress. The captain's quarters also has a twin sized daybed and desk with an office chair. Somewhere upstairs is the secret reading nook. Keep your eyes peeled.. On the main floor, the 'Crew's quarters' offer two bunk beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests or children. The bunk beds provide a fun and versatile sleeping option for 6 guests. For additional sleeping space, the living room features a convenient pullout couch. Outdoors, our backyard oasis beckons with a large picnic table, patio, propane grill, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, string lights, games like cornhole and badminton, and a relaxing hammock. Large trees will keep you cool during the hot summer days. The covered front porch is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or the evening breeze under the glow of string lights. Decorated with nautical and American-themed accents, including antique ships wheels, brass tide clocks, and historic paintings, our home reflects the rich maritime heritage of Bristol.
