With resort-style amenities for all people and pets! Book your tour today! What you need to know about Brigham Lofts: The electric utility must be in the resident's name prior to moving in. If the electric utility is not transferred to the resident's name by move-in, a $50 lease violation fee will be applied, and the resident will be charged for the previous month's utility usage. If payment for utilities is late, a 10% late fee will be applied, along with a $25 service notice fee. Water, Sewer, and Trash Charges for water, sewer, and trash services will be billed through the resident's portal by a third party and varies based on usage. Rent is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month. No exceptions will be made for late payments. Additional Fees (Not Included in Rent) The following fees are required in addition to rent: Internet: $99 per month Property Tax: $18 per month Valet Trash: $20 per month Covered Parking: $20 per month Renter's insurance is required. We offer it through the property for $15 per month. If you choose to provide your own insurance, you must submit your policy information to management for verification.
