About the building

House is in East Bremerton, Kariotis area near the golf course. It's 1900 sqft, three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, on a 0.25 acre lot.… It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has a large backyard that backs up to a greenbelt so it's quite private. It's also on a loop so there's no through traffic. There are two living rooms and both have wood-burning fireplaces. There's plenty of parking space off-street. The house is fully furnished including washer and dryer. There's no room for any more communal furniture. The room you'll be renting will be unfurnished. I built a greenhouse that you could have some space in as well, and I'm planning on putting a sauna on the deck. The room is $950 a month. It's about 12'x12' and has a ceiling fan, closet, and a west facing window with a peekaboo view of the Olympic mountains. Bills will be equally split between all residents...gas (heat, water heater, and range), electric, trash, water, sewer, and internet...approximately $150/mo each in the summer and slightly more in the winter. Deposit is $500. Lease term is negotiable but I would like a 1 year lease. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. I'm a 45yo male and I work in Poulsbo as a Cartographer. I keep the house clean but I'm laid back. The only real "rules" I have are; clean up after yourself, no smoking inside, and if you have a gf/bf don't have them over EVERY night...go to their place sometimes too. :) I like to work on my bonsai trees and my vehicles a lot. The other roommate you'll be living with (and sharing a bathroom with) is a 35yo male. He is a pastor at a church and is one of the nicest, cleanest, and most non-judgmental people you'll ever meet. I have an 9 year old Great Dane who is incredibly sweet and well behaved. No other pets will be allowed to move in. Your monthly income must be at least twice the cost of the rent.
