All apartments have included washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. Each apartment also has separate dining room, spacious closets, large living room, patio/balcony and two full baths. Master shower in all apartments is a walk in shower; hall bath is a tub/shower combination. Apartments are all electric and include blinds for all windows. Ample parking. Pool, tennis court and basketball court (half) at complex. 24/7 emergency maintenance available. We are animal friendly (restrictions and additional fees apply). All buildings, apartments and amenities are SMOKE-FREE except for designated outdoor smoking areas. There are two bedroom and three bedroom apartments available (maximum occupancy 2 persons per bedroom). Locally owned and operated. See Application Criteria for complete details.
