Lease terms

Each occupant and/or co-applicant 18 years or older must submit a separate application. Lease term is 6 months. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and maintenance of the lawn/yard. No utilities are included in the monthly rent amount. The property will not be furnished during the lease term. The lease excludes access to or use of the detached, enclosed cinderblock outbuilding or such outbuilding's immediately surrounding property. No smoking is allowed on or in the property. No pets are allowed, subject to applicable laws or accommodations. Parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles is included in the rent. Tenants must provide proof of renter's insurance before move-in, with a coverage start date on or before the move-in date. The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application fee will not be refunded. Unless landlord and applicant enter into a separate written agreement otherwise, the property remains on the market until a lease is signed by all parties and landlord may continue to show the property to other prospective tenants and accept another offer.
