**Lease Take Over! Current tenant is not able to fulfill the terms of the lease and is looking for someone to take it over. The lease ends on 05/31/2027 (you will have the option to renew). LEASE TAKE OVERS TO START ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH, NO EXCEPTIONS. Tenant is prepared to move as soon as a take over tenant needs. Rent is $785 including the base rent of $695, the $50.00 monthly utility reimbursement fee for water/sewer, $25 pet rent of the current tenants and $15 for insurance. If you have your own insurance, we can remove the $15 insurance fee. The current tenant has paid the required deposit of $1045 and it will stay with the property. We want to clarify that by taking over the lease, you agree to accept the property and lease terms "as is". At move out, you will be responsible for returning the property in the same condition given to the original tenant. Any cleaning or damages to the property will come out of the original deposit. If cleaning or damages exceed the original deposit amount, the lease take over tenant will be responsible for the difference.
