Two good sized bedrooms each with closets including a walk-in, and their own separate baths. Huge kitchen with tons of amenities for anyone who likes to cook. Large freezer, double door front on the refrigerator, double oven, oversized farmhouse sink, large kitchen island with storage underneath, pantry and tons of cabinets, electric kettle, toaster oven and water purifier. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Linens/blankets/towels included. On the 2nd floor so noone above you. Assigned parking space and lots of visitor and street parking. 5 min walk to the 205 bus which comes 2X hour everyday including weekends, and arrives in downtown Boulder in 20 min. Amazing location for outdoors with the apt adjacent to Eaton Park and Twin Lakes park with awesome walking/biking trails. LOBO Trail is nearby and many other trails are walking distance or a short ride by bike or car. A great King Soopers with a pharmacy is 5 min walking distance, in addition to multiple restaurants, coffee houses, fast food, nail, hair salon, yoga, new library, dispensary, and UPS store. This apt is located in Gunbarrel CO (a suburb of Boulder) which is situated extremely well to downtown Boulder (10 min), Niwot (5 min), Longmont (10 min), Lafayette (15 min), Louisville (15 min), Denver (35 min), Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park (45 min) and other mountain locations. However, there is so much here you don't ever need to get in your car. Dogs are negotiable with extra deposit. Rent does not include utilities which do not run more than $70/month depending on use.
