A great King Soopers with a pharmacy is 5 min walking distance, in addition to multiple restaurants, coffee houses, fast food, nail, hair salon, yoga, new library, dispensary, and UPS store. This apt is located in Gunbarrel CO (a suburb of Boulder) which is situated extremely well to downtown Boulder (10 min), Niwot (5 min), Longmont (10 min), Lafayette (15 min), Louisville (15 min), Denver (35 min), Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park (45 min) and other mountain locations.
