LARGE 1 bedroom Apt available June 1st for rent in Lower Allston, 3 blocks from Trader Joe's, and 10 min from Star Market and Boston Landing Commuter… Rail. Apt features a king-sized bedroom, a generous living room with 2 closets, and an eat-in kitchen. Driveway fits two cars, but currently the upstairs neighbors park in the driveway since I don't have a car, but the first floor unit comes with the parking. They are very nice and you can chat with them about it. You will need 1st and last month's rent along with a one month deposit. You must earn 3x the rent and be able to provide the landlord with proof of employment. You will be taking over my lease which runs until September 1st but the landlord prefers a 12-month lease. No broker fee, couples and singles welcome. Cats OK but you will need to discuss a dog with the landlord.
