Available for a furnished room rental with a 6 12 month lease preferred. Rent is due monthly, with first + last month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Utilities and internet are included, assuming normal residential use. This is a furnished room in a part-time owner-occupied apartment. The owners use the apartment only occasionally, typically no more than about 3 months total per year, so the renter will usually have the apartment largely to themselves. When the owners are in town, the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and other common areas are shared. No smoking or vaping inside. No subletting or unauthorized occupants. Tenant is expected to keep the bedroom and shared spaces clean, communicate about overnight guests, and treat the home and furnishings respectfully. Credit/background screening and proof of income or ability to pay required.
