Guests will have full private access to the entire house. Guests will access the house via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email.

We strictly enforce a policy against parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Any rule violation, unit damage, property disrespect, unreported extra guests, or parties will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 fine.
