Deposit is fully refundable, minus $100 admin fee, if space is left as good as or better than found. There is one friendly Dalmatian living here already, so no other pets or ESAs. Rent fee covers your room, use of common areas, all utilities, and access to internet. This is a no smoking property - no cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, etc. All illegal substances prohibited. No loud gatherings late at night. Quiet time is from 10pm-9am. One roommate works from home, so keep noise level down during the day. This home is a dedicated sacred sanctuary and safe space. Choose behaviors that honor this. One roommate is highly sensitive. Avoid using candles and air fresheners that are strongly scented, especially of floral scents. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Leave every space better than you found it.

About the building

A peaceful, private room in a calm home for a woman seeking stability, respect, and quiet.… This room is unfurnished, but can be furnished, in our Bluffdale home, about 5 minutes from the I-15 corridor. Rent is $650/month (for a lease through June 30, 2027 shorter leases available for additional monthly fee.) and includes room, furnishings, utilities, and internet access. Deposit is $800 and is fully refundable minus $100 admin fee as long as space is left as good as or better than you found it. The room is listed as unfurnished but could also be furnished for $50/month additional rent. If a couple is going to rent the room, the deposit and the rent will be increased by half again to cover the second person's presence. We all share the kitchen, dining area, reading nook, and living room on the main floor. You'd have your own shelves in the fridge/freezer, as well as pantry shelves in the kitchen. You're welcome to use our dishes, pots, and pans. You also can use the laundry room, just bring your own supplies. Parking is on the street but it's usually just a hop, skip, and jump from the front door because we're right on the corner. We have a happy, loving Dalmatian who is territorial, so we are not receiving other pets or ESAs. If this is in alignment with what you are looking for, please send me a message so we can meet. Housemate details

One roommate is an Energy Reader and Healer who is conscious of what is going on in her atmosphere - internally and externally - and is committed to kindness. Other is a young grandma from AZ nannying her three young grandsons. She loves chocolate.
