This historic mid century ranch style home features unique architectural features like original roman masonry and low-pitched roof. Inside are original hardwood flooring, vintage bath tile, and a sloped ceiling. However, cosmetic updates have been added to modernize our home for our guests' convenience and comfort. With nearly 1,500 sq. ft. of private, guest accommodations spread across one level; our home provides plenty of spaciousness for togetherness or privacy in one of the three furnished bedrooms. The main living area features a vaulted, sloped ceiling, comfy Ashley sectional, TV, and a counter height dining table with 4 bar stools for additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the rear yard and includes a full size refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, separate oven and stove, microwave, traditional coffee maker and Keurig. There is a formal dining area, which seats 6, separated by the kitchen bar. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the home and contains an en suite and king size bed. The second bedroom is located off the hall across from a full bath and has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 include TVs but not bedroom 3. The home's third bedroom is multifunctional with a designated work space and a daybed which can turn into two twin size beds. *This is a monthly furnished rental for corporate travelers, relocating families, travel nurses, etc. We are not interested in long term corporate leases or hiring a management company.
