Lease Terms The lease requires a 12-month commitment for the first year, after which only full academic-year leases from summer to summer (June through August) will be considered. No half-year, month-to-month, or winter-ending leases are available. At signing, tenants must provide the first and last month's rent plus a one-month security deposit. Rent ranges from $845 to $1,195 per month, depending on room size. Heat and laundry are included in the rent, while electricity, internet, and water bills are shared evenly among housemates. This is a shared-living environment governed by a strict "Clean and Quiet" house rule to ensure comfort and respect for all residents. Smoking, pets, parties, overnight guests, loud noise, strong cooking odors, and littering are strictly prohibited. Tenants are expected to participate in weekly cleaning rotations and may be required to provide photo evidence of completion. We are seeking tenants who are clean, quiet, respectful, and cooperative. Those who engage in heavy partying, drug use, or inconsiderate behavior will not be considered. The room is available now, and interested individuals must be prepared to commit to these standards and the lease terms.
