About Biltmore

The Biltmore was built in 1889 by George Sumner based on the design of architect Fredrick A. Sexton. The Biltmore became famous for its turreted Queen Anne style and elaborate Victorian detailing, somewhat resembling a Victorian Castle. We work to play up the character and charm of our buildings and to make each unit somewhat unique--check individual unit listings for specific amenities and finish grades (varies from unit to unit).
