Located just blocks from the beach, this fully furnished guest house is very functional. A neutral color pallet, high end finishes, and super-fast WIFI await inside. GETTING AROUND This guest house is only a five-minute walk from the beach, a ten-minute bike ride to the nearest casino, and less than 3 miles to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. There are many other activities close by such as golfing, fishing, carting, and water sports. It's located near downtown Biloxi with short drives to neighboring communities such as Ocean Springs and Gulfport. At just 5 minutes distance you'll find supermarkets and shops, as well as the Edgewater Mall. This guest house is an easy drive to the Gulfport airport (GPT) and under 2 hours to New Orleans (MSY). It is also less than one mile to Keesler Air Force Base and would be convient for anyone looking to stay off base. A vehicle is not necessary but may be desired. If you don't have a vehicle, Biloxi has both UBER and Lyft. AMENITITES Essentials (enough for 3 days) Fully equipped kitchen. Luxurious bathroom with tub. High speed internet. Smart TV. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire guest house. GUEST INTERACTION We live in the main house and are available if needed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help during your stay. For your convenience, our contact information is on the welcome letter once you arrive. HOUSE RULES Treat this home as your own. Guests are expected to follow our rules, and can be removed if they cause issues. No smoking, vaping, e cigarettes allowed. No pets allowed. Maximum 2 guests only. Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests. CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS The entrance to the guest house is behind the main house. Follow the path along the right side of the main house. For guests arriving late, the flood light will turn on as you approach the door. The slider door has a key that is located in a lockbox. The lockbox code will be provided on the day of check in. Once inside there is a welcome letter with the WIFI password and other important information. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS Log out of any online accounts. Close windows. Leave slider door UN-LOCKED and key on counter. We will take care of everything else. PARKING There is enough parking for one vehicle in the driveway. ONLY park in the driveway. Overnight street parking is prohibited. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING The bins are located next the garage. Service is on Friday. Bring the bins to the curb on Thursday night. SMART TV Feel free to login to any app you like. CANCELLATION POLICY Security deposit will be refunded upon completion of lease (less any damage) within 14 days - otherwise it is non-refundable. See lease terms for more information. GUEST SAFETY Security cameras/audio recording devices outside. Carbon monoxide alarm. Smoke alarm. First Aid kit. Unsuitable for children 2-12. OTHER/MISC You will hear the train several time a day - and sometimes at night. You may hear large airplanes flying over the house as the Airforce base is just blocks away. This guest house is in a hurricane zone. Pay attention to emergency information and alerts. We reserve the right to request you evacuate at any point during your stay. Cockroaches, lizards, and other insects are common in the south. The guest house is sprayed for bugs and termites, but they still may find their way in.
