Lease terms

This is a mid-term rental with private access to Flathead lake. There is a strict no vaping and no smoking policy, our daughter has severe asthma and this is very dangerous for her. This is also a strict no pet rental. Violations of the smoking/pet policy will forfeit the deposit, lease will be terminated immediately and an additional deep cleaning fee of $1000 will be charged as we will have to replace and clean many items. This house is available from November or December through the end of April 2027. This is a five bedroom home with washer and dryer and it's fully furnished. Bedding and towels will be provided, as well a fire pit, outdoor chairs and a small shed to store a few items in. Anything moved in will need to be moved out. Trash has to be taken to the local dumping station on designated days and requires a card which will be provided. Utilities in excess of $150 per month will be paid by the renter, this included the total bill for water, electricity, septic. Maximum three cars in the driveway. The house is situated perfectly in a quiet neighborhood with private access to the Flathead lake. The hospital and airport are close in Kalispell, skiing at a few different places within 30-40 minute drive. Glacier national park within 35 minutes, Yellowstone in 5 hours. Many hiking and biking trails throughout the area within a few minutes drive to get outdoors and be in nature.
