Perfect for a couple! includes internet and utilities (except excessive use). Renter provides own wood for living room woodstove fire place. Big Bear does not allow parking on any streets- there is room for one car in garage and one car parked in front of garage. Contact me asap, let me know what you are looking for and I will answer any and all questions you may have and make arrangements to show you the cabin at your convenience! NO SMOKING (anything) on property.

Fantastic location! Two story several decks.
Fully furnished, sheets, towels and complete kitchen. Awesome location in Eagle Point, near park, lake, village and hiking and mountain biking hills. Our cabin is in a wonderful Neighborhood for walking to Meadow Park and the lake and several restaurants!
Queen bed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with claw foot tub and other has full size bed. Furnished with upscale family heirlooms & antiques, so definitely NOT a party house.
Must be willing to treat cabin with tender loving care:).
