The Bevier Memorial Building is an Arts and Crafts-style structure originally built as a School of Art and Design. This Rochester landmark was redeveloped into a mixed-use, certified historic rehabilitation building, housing 15 luxury loft apartments and a local marketing firm. This building earned an Award of Merit from the Landmark Society of Western New York for the outstanding rehabilitation of this beautifully designed Claude Bragdon Landmark.
