Please read the listing and if you're interested message me a little about yourself and why you would make a good fit We're looking for 3 roomies to… join us in this beautiful six bedroom house in Beverly Hills with a pool, home gym, bar, plenty of parking, and a hike accessible from the backyard. This is a creative household and hope to find other creatives or similar likeminded individuals that are goal oriented. preferably looking for people that DO NOT work from home. and preferably no pets. We are all very relaxed and keep a generally chill vibe. We also enjoy spending time together, so ideally a new addition would be open to movie nights, "family" dinners, dive bar gatherings, etc. We're all really respectful of each other's privacy and space so please keep that in mind as well! We also occasionally have parties or events strictly on the weekends with plenty of notice and consideration to all roommates. The house will be 6 people total & it's co-ed! It's currently 2 guys and a girl all in our mid-20s. We have 3 rooms opening up June 1st: 1st floor (small) - $1265 1st floor (large) - $1365 Poolside room - $1365 Prices not inclusive of utilities. You'll be signing a lease until November 1st with the possibility of renewal once lease ends. This house is a great place to be if you're just moving to LA and need friends to help you navigate the new land. I've made lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories here, so I hope you can too! You must have proof of income, paystubs, and we will schedule zoom / facetime calls with the current roommates if we're interested in moving forward. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions
