      Right size, off street parking, property fairly well maintained, large private patios and balconies. Good neighborhood. Would prefer gas to electric heating (more efficient, less expensive) and it’s quite close to a well-traveled street, so the downstairs unit doesn’t work due to my cat. If an upstairs unit came up I’d probably take it.
