Charming, fully furnished 3BR 2B home in the heart of Berea, Kentucky, within walking distance to Berea College, the nearby dog park, and the… Stephenson Trail. Enjoy beautiful gardens on the covered front porch, walk into town for local eats, hike the stunning Pinnacles, explore the town's many festivals, and take part in the arts and crafts activities Berea has to offer. There is a fully separate apartment off the back of the home, occupied by two kind, responsible, and quiet Berea College students. They care for our chickens (though I'm sure they'd be happy to share the eggs!). The driveway is shared with ample parking space. Covered parking with an EV charger is available for an extra fee. Rent includes all utilities other than internet (you can shop around for the best speed/price). The downstairs features a living room, dining room, fully-stocked kitchen, full bathroom, a den with a TV, a laundry room with a sauna, and a mudroom. The upstairs has three bedrooms: two full-sized bedrooms and one smaller one that is suitable for a child or guest room (we currently use it as an office/guest room). There is also a landing and full bath upstairs. The home sits on a 1/3 acre lot with ample vegetable, fruit, and flower gardens, as well as regularly fruiting shiitake mushrooms.
