You would have your bedroom and private full bath, also a finished living room area downstairs with tv/electric fireplace, small dry bar and mini fridge. Fully Furnished with the exception of the Bedroom (needs Queen Size Mattress) shared kitchen and entrance upstairs. Backyard and deck area shared as well. For a Professional Only, Single Occupany preferred. Must be okay with living with a 10 year old dog, NO other PETS allowed please. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use. There is Central Air throughout. Off the street parking for 1 car. Your Rent would be $1,300 per month. Heat included, We would split the following utilities (electric, water and internet) First month's rent and One month security to move in.
