Tenants split water/sewer, waste pickup n, electricity with 2nd floor renters. Upfront fees consist of only Zillow's application/ screening fees for each adult. References are also required. To secure the lease, successful perspective tenants pay a refundable security deposit in the amount of one month's rent. Tenants agree to use mostly scent free/unscented products for home cleaning and laundry, and to follow owners' written procedures for maintaining appliances, and property systems. No pets are allowed except on approval by owner and with an additional deposit of $500. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside or near openings. Other standard standard lease conditions apply as provided by law.
