Lease terms

Lease Term: 12 months. Rent is $1,550 per month with a one-month security deposit due at signing. The home will be available at the end of July. Tenants are responsible for electricity and any other applicable utilities. The home is on a private well and septic system. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and keeping the property clean and in good condition throughout the lease. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Tenants are responsible for any pet-related damage, including repairs, stains, odors, or additional cleaning required after move-out. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Only approved occupants listed on the lease may reside in the property. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by misuse of the septic system, will be the tenant's responsibility. Prospective tenants are welcome to tour the home before applying. All applicants must complete a rental application, background check, credit check, income verification, and rental history review. Proof of renters insurance is recommended.
