Short Term Fully Furnished Vacation home for rent through 6/22/2025. No pets or smoking allowed on the premises. 8 month lease. Owner provides landscape maintenance. Tenant pays electricity, $25 p/mo trash removal & $70 p/mo water. This is a summer vacation rental July-September so there are no renewals. This is a fixed term ending 6/22/25. Perfect for 1-2 adults that can remotely work from home, enjoy the view and get away from the city. Positive rental references, proof of employment and good credit history above 700 is necessary. Maximum 9 month lease term. Transunion Smartmove Tenant screening required - $45.00 per applicant. Required terms, disclosures, and details: Screening Criteria: -Minimum household income 3 x monthly rent. -Proof of sufficient current income (Two most recent paycheck stubs from your current employer) -Proof of current employment (or verifiable income or liquid assets equal to two (2) times the total annual rent) -Minimum credit score 700 and no negatives on report -Three years of positive, verifiable rental or mortgage history from a current (within 12 months) third party. Applicants must be named on a rental agreement.
