The house is a spacious 1600 sq-ft, contemporary, 2-story Townhouse with 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a big parlor, a family room, a kitchen with a nook, lots of closets, a deck and an 800 sqft of basement for storage. All occupants are tech professionals working in Bedford and/or around the neighboring towns. All the utilities and Internet &Wi-Fi are included in the rent which cover all the utilities (electricity, hot water, water/sewer and heat), Wi-Fi & Internet and appliance usage (refrigerator & washer/dryer for laundry). The rent also covers maintenance of heating system and yards' mowing. One year lease is preferred (shorter term requests will be subject to a higher rate).
