Adorable, pristine tiny house with beautiful views of fields and a pond. Perfect for minimalist living. Suitable for one person only.… Fully furnished, WiFi and all utilities included in rent. Also looking for a bi-weekly vegetarian dinner prep for main house owner and/or weekly cleaning. Rent would be reduced accordingly! Access to hiking trails on property. Storage for outdoor biking, kayaking equipment. There is no a/c or washer/dryer , however, there is a laundry mat in Banner Elk.
No smoking.
No pets- we are firm on this, don't ask please.
We are sure your pets are lovely, but this house is tiny and too small for an animal to be inside all day, outside is full-on nature; coyotes, bobcats and even the occasional bear roam the area so it would be very dangerous for a domestic animal.
If you would like to see the house you must fill out an application first, it's a time saver for everyone!
