Monthly Rent Admin Fee: $2.00 processing fee due with each monthly rent payment. Late Fee: $75.00 (Applied to payments received after the 5th of the month). Utilities Included: Water and Sewer services are provided by the Landlord. Tenant Responsibility: Electricity, Gas, and Internet/Cable must be set up in the tenant's name prior to move-in. Building Rules & Policies Smoke-Free Living: This is a strictly non-smoking building. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment units and all common areas. Pet Policy: No pets are permitted unless previously discussed and approved in writing. Additional pet fees or deposits may apply. Insurance: Renters insurance is highly recommended/required for all residents. Lease Options Standard Term: 12-month lease.
