Month to month lease with a one month minimum stay. This agreement renews automatically every month unless either party provides proper notice. The basement suite is intended for single occupancy only and includes a private entrance and private bathroom. Rent & Payments Monthly rent: $1,200 (utilities included) Optional laundry: +$75/month Security deposit: $200 refundable Holding deposit: $200, applied to the last month's rent Renters insurance required No pets Utilities Included Electric, gas, water, and trash are included in the monthly rent. Wi Fi is not shared. Laundry is optional and billed separately. Appliances Allowed Microwave, air fryer, mini fridge, and hot plate are permitted. There is no full kitchen in the basement. Move In Requirements First month's rent, security deposit, and holding deposit are due prior to move in. Once the holding deposit is paid, the unit is reserved and no longer shown to other applicants.
