Property is turn key All utilities are INCLUDED including the following: Electricity, Gas, water, WiFi, and sewer. Property is fully furnished with beds, furniture, TV ect. It is also available on Airbnb monthly. We do run discounts on Airbnb so check that out as well. There is also a 1/1 Inlaw suite available that can be combined for an additional $1295. Otherwise they are separated by a security door. The driveway in front of Garage and next to suite is not available for parking, as that is the parking for that unit. Please try to keep the quiet ambience of the property. Please clean up after your pet. A $500 charge will be applied if we have to pickup feces from the yard. No animals on the furniture or beds. A $500+fee may apply if furniture needs professional cleaning or worse is ruined. If you have a pet you are responsible for cleaning up after them and making sure they are not allowed on the furniture. You are/will be held responsible for any damage your pet does including injuries to anyone that may come on the property (landscaper, delivery services, etc). Please keep your pet restrained or don't bring them. Under no circumstances are they to be left on the premises unattended! If trash blows out of the trash receptacle, or you notice trash anywhere it doesn't belong on or in the premises please pick it up. Trash must be put out weekly at the street on Tuesday. No Parties are allowed without permission. Please do not use white towels for makeup. No additional guests without approval. Absolutely no glitter allowed on the property. No smoking/vaping WHATSOEVER is allowed on the premises inside or outside of the house. A $600+ fee will apply if this rule is broken and immediate termination of all agreements. Please wash all used dishes daily to prevent attracting pests. Do not leave spoiled/open food unattended to help us prevent unwanted intruders. Please remember to clean out the fridge with anything you may have brought in. Please do not leave wet laundry, rugs, or any moisture on the floors as this will damage them. If mopping use minimal water and no harsh chemicals. NO harsh chemicals on tubs or showers.
