The North Star subdivision at Mo-Pac & Parmer Lane is walkable, bus-able, bike-able, ... almost roller skate-able to a variety of basics and specialty shops. A 90-second drive to North Austin St David's hospital, parks & trails, tasty restaurants, and HEB grocery store. This home has the perfect Mother-in-Law layout. Front room with trundle bed abuts 1-car garage and hall bath. (Three inflatable beds are also available.) Garage-hallway door divides front "guest" area from open kitchen-living-dining space in center. Large Master bedroom with private bath has an organic King bed and overlooks the back patio. For roommates the layout allows the right balance of interaction and privacy. We have rented to regular 12-month tenants, and every single one has renewed. Longest stay so far is 4 years. This property is peaceful and pleasant. Past long-term tenants were grateful that when they needed to get to the hospital it was a 1-minute drive away. It feels close to everything -- but not closed in, like many spaces downtown. And the neighbors are helpful and kind; we have had the same ones since the 1990's in every direction. They liked our family, tenants after us, and probably you too!
