The Place 3br/1.5bath. Quiet neighborhood, seconds from a highway on-ramp. About 15 minutes to downtown and 20 to the airport in light to normal traffic. The lease is month-to-month with a minimum 3-month commitment from you, and when I leave, you'd have the option to renew directly with the landlord. Your share: $1,000/month + utilities. Extras include an inflatable hot tub, fire pit, axe-throwing setup, weight bench, and the projector setup. Big deck and on-site parking. Minutes from Walnut Creek Park, the Domain, and the Soccer stadium. Your Space The bedroom is 166 sq ft and unfurnished (the last photo shows it when it was, with a queen bed for scale). Private laundry room that we would share with hookups. I currently rent a washer/dryer but am happy to end that if you bring your own. New carpet being installed throughout the house this month. Shared Spaces The living room is shared and currently open, no couch or TV so feel free to bring your own furniture and help shape it. I currently have my desk and workout/crafting space in there but it is a huge room. The projector room is separate (one of the three bedrooms) and comes fully furnished and is equally yours to use for movies, gaming, whatever. Plenty of shared kitchen space, too. The Backyard Huge, fully fenced yard with friendly neighbors on all sides. Shed with tons of storage. Large shed with grill and more space than a full storage unit. Pets I have a small cat. (Unfortunately the pictured dachshund is not included) I prefer no additional pets, but she's fine with small dogs. I'd rather not add another cat since socialization can take time, but not fully opposed. No indoor/outdoor cats. No large dogs or pets who aren't fully outside or litterbox trained.
