450 sqft stand alone studio filled with natural light. Full kitchen, full bath, Cathedral ceilings, sleeping loft, wood floors, bookshelves. On street parking in the neighborhood.
The house faces into a shared "cottage court" yard where the landscaping favors nature and native plants. The vibe is family/ professionals and all neighbors are friendly. Very occasionally (maybe one a year) we host a full backyard party. In cooler weather we set up outdoor dining areas and even have an outdoor pizza oven. Landlord and family live in an adjacent house.
Pets considered by interview. There are three friendly dogs and one semi grouchy old lady dog that visit the back yard for 5-30 min at a time from adjacent houses.
Fully walkable neighborhood. 5 min walk to the best coffee in town, 4 restaurants, a neighborhood grocery, two parks, and a fantastic elementary school. 15 min bike to Deep Eddy or hike and bike trail. 5-10 min drive to downtown. Two blocks walk to Enfield bus line that goes straight to campus.
The house is currently set up with a greywater option for the bath... which means the bath water waters a flower bed outside. We would love to find someone who is open to continuing that.
