I'm looking for a clean, respectful female in her 20s roommate to share my 1,064 sq ft home. You'll have your own private bathroom and a comfortable space you can make your own. The bedroom will be unfurnished, so you'll need to bring your own bed and any personal furniture you'd like.
The living room is already furnished, so that shared space is ready to enjoy. The kitchen and laundry room are also shared.
I do have a dog in the home he's very sweet, but he does howl occasionally. Because of that, this rental is best for someone who's comfortable living with a pet and doesn't mind a bit of occasional noise. No additional pets are allowed.
If you're looking for a well kept, and considerate living environment, this could be a great fit.
