About the room for rent: Fun mixed (part female) group. We share the kitchen, living room, backyard, etc. Very spacious garden-level room. The tree's name is Sheila. She is our air-conditioning. SH4WW is the Sunny Home for Wayward Women. ;) About the cost: All utilities included. This covers: Water/gas/sewer, electric, internet, wifi, trash/recycling, cleaning products, laundry detergent/dryer sheets/stain stuff & paper products (TP/towels/tissues/printer paper). Cleaning service & yard maintenance included. First & last months' rent, no deposit/lease. We accept PayPal/venmo/FB Messenger/Google Pay/Zelle etc. We cannot accept checks or money orders. About the details: You should be self-sufficient, with own transportation, consistent income, and no substance abuse issues. Check out our page on FB under SH4WW. Non-bedroom furnishings in bedrooms not allowed, i.e. mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee pots, hot plates, sofas, couches, etc. Smoking (anything) outside only. No open flames on the premises. If you prefer to hide in your room, this is *not* the right living situation for you. This is co-housing/co-living. We are social on occasion, and often do dinner/karaoke/have parties/game nights/go on field trips (Casa Bonita?) that include the whole house. One last thing: Sense of humor a MUST!
