Lease terms
6-12 month lease. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household and we'd like to continue maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment. Edibles are fine as long as they're stored in your room (where the cat can't get to them.) Smoking or vaping of any kind is only permitted outside near the garage and never inside the home. Overnight guests are fine with notice. Longer visits (2+ nights) should be discussed with the homeowner in advance. We both enjoy good beer, volunteer at the Great American Beer Festival, and have a downstairs bar area, but this is not a party house. We keep shared spaces reasonably clean and expect everyone to clean up after themselves. No one is obsessive about it, but everyone contributes. Everyone is expected to keep their space clean and in good repair (let me know if something goes wrong so I can fix it.)

The room is approximately 115 square feet (9'7" x 12'), unfurnished, and located on the main floor. It features a closet and northeast-facing windows that bring in great morning light. Room is currently painted white, but I'm happy to let you change the paint to make the space feel more like your own!
You'll have use of a full bathroom that is effectively your own, aside from occasional use by guests when we have visitors.
